No offices, no headquarters. Our team spans time zones and we design our workflows around that reality, not against it.
Async-first communication
We default to written communication, Notion docs, comments, and structured updates. Meetings are rare and intentional.
Project-based and part-time welcome
Not every contribution needs to be full-time. We work with freelancers, part-timers, and people who want to contribute a few articles per month. Flexibility is the default.

Growth Engineer, SaaS Vertical
Build and run growth experiments for ShubHQ itself, targeting the SaaS founder audience.
Remote Full-time / Part-time
What you'll do
- Design and ship growth experiments for ShubHQ's own SaaS-facing channels (blog, comparison pages, integrations)
- Spec, prototype, and validate new SaaS-oriented growth modules inside the ShubHQ platform
- Coordinate with our content team on SaaS case studies, guides, and benchmark posts
- Track ShubHQ's own SEO rankings, AEO mentions, and backlink profile
- Maintain internal growth dashboards and share weekly insights across the team
- Run brand visibility campaigns for ShubHQ itself across community channels
What we're looking for
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics, MRR, churn, activation, PLG basics
- Experience with SEO, backlink analysis, and content strategy
- Ability to run multiple parallel growth experiments end-to-end
- Strong written communication, you'll write specs, briefs, and internal updates
- Comfort with async collaboration and self-direction
Nice to have
- Previous in-house growth experience at a SaaS or PLG startup
- Familiarity with Reddit and LinkedIn as organic growth channels
Growth Engineer, E-commerce Vertical
Build and run growth experiments for ShubHQ's e-commerce-facing surfaces and modules.
Remote Full-time / Part-time
What you'll do
- Run growth experiments on ShubHQ's e-commerce-facing landing pages, integrations, and category content
- Spec and validate e-commerce-oriented modules (product page SEO, Shopify connectors, marketplace tracking)
- Coordinate with the content team on D2C and Shopify-focused guides, benchmarks, and case studies
- Track ShubHQ's keyword rankings and backlink growth in e-commerce niches
- Share weekly performance updates and propose next experiments
- Run brand visibility campaigns for ShubHQ across e-commerce communities
What we're looking for
- Understanding of e-commerce metrics, CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rate, retention
- Experience with D2C and Shopify-style store ecosystems
- SEO and content marketing skills, preferably in e-commerce contexts
- Ability to run multiple parallel growth experiments end-to-end
- Strong written communication and reporting skills
Nice to have
- Experience with seasonal keyword planning and Google Shopping
- Familiarity with Reddit and Pinterest as e-commerce traffic channels
Content Editor
Ensure quality and consistency across the ShubHQ blog, guides, and case studies.
Remote Part-time / Contract
What you'll do
- Review and edit weekly drafts for the ShubHQ blog, guides, and SaaS/e-commerce case studies
- Maintain tone consistency and editorial standards across both verticals
- Ensure SEO best practices are applied, headings, keyword placement, meta descriptions
- Provide constructive feedback to freelance writers
- Maintain the editorial calendar and content pipeline for ShubHQ's owned channels
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of editorial or content editing experience
- Strong understanding of SEO writing fundamentals
- Ability to work across both SaaS and e-commerce subject matter
- Meticulous attention to detail and consistent quality standards
Nice to have
- Experience with content management systems and editorial workflows
- Background in B2B SaaS or e-commerce content
Freelance Content Writers

Remote Freelance
What you'll do
- Write blog posts, guides, and articles for the ShubHQ blog covering SaaS and e-commerce topics
- Follow editorial briefs and SEO guidelines provided by our content team
- Deliver polished drafts on time, even if it's just a few pieces per month
What we're looking for
- Fluent English writing, clear, concise, and engaging
- Interest in or familiarity with SaaS, e-commerce, SEO, or digital marketing
- Reliability, you deliver what you commit to, when you commit to it
- Willingness to incorporate editorial feedback
Nice to have
- A portfolio of published work in relevant niches
- Experience writing for technical or B2B audiences
